Beyond consulting, Jerry Kafieh is a passionate educator with over two decades of experience teaching project management and related disciplines. He is a long-time instructor at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Chang School of Continuing Education and several corporate training organizations, where his engaging and inclusive approach has earned him consistently top ratings from learners. Jerry’s professional life is complemented by a strong humanitarian spirit. He currently serves as a Board Member and Compliance Officer at the Richmond Hill Community Food Bank, and from 2020 to 2024, he volunteered with the Canadian Red Cross, managing emergency response deployments across Canada—from COVID-19 relief in Kashechewan First Nation to hurricane response in Prince Edward Island. A lifelong Toronto resident, Jerry enjoys motorcycling, gardening, and giving back to the community. His career and volunteerism share a common mission: empowering people and improving systems through compassion, strategy, and action.
